{"start":0,"count":1,"data":[{"publicDescription":"<div style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<hr>\n<h1><strong>FORKLIFT OPERATORS & DESPATCH LOADING OPERATORS</strong></h1>\n\n<h2><strong>LABOURFORCE – COLES AUTOMATED DISTRIBUTION CENTRE, KEMPS CREEK</strong></h2>\n\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $42–$47.00 per hour</strong></p>\n\n<h3>JOIN THE LABOURFORCE TEAM!</h3>\n\n<p>Labourforce is seeking reliable, motivated and experienced <strong>Twin Tyne Forklift Operators and Despatch Loading Operators</strong> to join the team at the Coles Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) in Kemps Creek.</p>\n\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern, high-tech distribution facility supporting one of Australia&apos;s largest retailers.</p>\n\n<p>We are looking for safety-focused candidates with proven experience in either twin tyne forklift operations or despatch loading who can contribute to the safe, efficient and accurate movement of goods throughout the warehouse.</p>\n\n<h2>ABOUT THE ROLES</h2>\n\n<p><strong>Twin Tyne Forklift Operators</strong></p>\n\n<p>Responsible for safely operating twin tyne forklifts to transport, move and replenish stock throughout the distribution centre, supporting warehouse operations and maintaining an efficient flow of goods.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Despatch Loading Operators</strong></p>\n\n<p>Responsible for loading and unloading trucks, handling pallets and ensuring goods are accurately and safely prepared for dispatch in accordance with operational requirements.</p>\n\n<h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Safely operate forklifts, including twin tyne forklifts where applicable.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Load and unload trucks and transport pallets and stock throughout the warehouse.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Perform despatch loading duties, ensuring goods are loaded accurately and securely.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Move, handle and replenish stock efficiently.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Support the movement of goods through warehouse and automated distribution systems.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Complete pre-start forklift safety checks and report equipment issues.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Maintain accuracy and follow dispatch procedures.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Follow all workplace health and safety, quality and compliance requirements.</p>\n\t\n</ul>\n\n<h2>KEY REQUIREMENTS</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p><strong>Twin Tyne Forklift Operators:</strong> Minimum <strong>2 years&apos; specific experience operating twin tyne forklifts</strong> in a warehouse or distribution environment.</p>\n\t\n\t<li>\n\t<p><strong>Despatch Loading Operators:</strong> Minimum <strong>1–2 years&apos;
